Scaffolding firm with a strong track record in the industry. The Company prides itself on
delivering high quality projects primarily across London and the South-East of the UK.
TONE Scaffolding Services provide effective solutions to challenging access, support
and protection requirements at good value for clients.
Our current Head of Estimating is retiring, and we are looking for an outstanding
individual to and join the TONE team and make the role their own developing our
business through existing clients and tenders, whilst managing and being responsible
for delivering on complex projects on time and within budget.
The role will include but will not be limited to:

• Overseeing cost analysis

• Overseeing all cost implications relating to bid and tender

• Ensuring bids are accurate and competitive

• Production of cost plans and budgets and regularly updating and managing

cash flow forecasts.

• Supporting the estimating team with any Business Development related

queries they may have.

• Attending sites during the tender process and beyond.

• Experience of pricing work under various forms of contract including NEC

We would like to hear from applicants who have;

• A relevant qualification in construction management and/or significant

relevant experience

• A flexible approach to meet the demands of the business

• Excellent IT / reporting skills

• Excellent communication skills, possessing the natural ability to be

front of house and represent the business appropriately at all levels
in all forums.

• The right to work within the UK. Please note we are not able to
