INFRASTRUCTURE MASTER PLANNING MANAGER
- Expert in the development of water and wastewater master plan
- Expert in major development master planning and urban planning – preferably at national levels. Thorough knowledge of urban and infrastructure planning disciplines.
- Knowledge of other disciplines related to planning activities and projects with an understanding of the required business interfaces and interdependencies.
- Extensive experience in working internationally (preference for Middle East / KSA).
- Performance of economic appraisal, demand forecasting, cost benefit analysis and operating cost forecasting.
- Prioritization of expenditures across projects, programs and service outcomes.
- Development of methodologies to show how expenditure plans and decisions are consistent with strategic plans.
- Provision of economic analysis and advice on policy and operational matters.
- Participation in discussions with other disciplines including engineers, designers and planners.
- Demonstrate intellectual rigor and effective communication, explaining technical issues to a range of audiences in English (Arabic preferable).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capability of working within a team.
- Ability to compose reports in English is essential (ability in Arabic preferable).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
