Maintenance Electrician required, £16.81 per hour-Based in Preston, temporary with potential to turn permanent

An exclusive vacancy has become available to you for a local social housing association based on the outskirts of Preston. This highly reputable organisation is a non-for-profit company and their aim is to create and inspire friendly communities locally. They currently own over 7000 units with an expansion project being put into process.

Your new role
This established organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Electrician. This role will be working within both tenanted and void properties across Preston and Blackpool, completing all planned and reactive maintenance that is required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to hold your 17th or 18th edition qualification along with your test and inspection. You will need to have time served and be able to provide evidence of this; updated CV and I will need to obtain 2 references. You will need to have your CSCS card and have your own van. The organisation will put you through a DBS check prior to starting that you will need to pass and clear.

What you'll get in return
For this role, you will be paid £16.81 per hour which will be paid to you every Friday. You will be working Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week. This role is a temporary opportunity that could be potentially turn to permanent.
