Your new company

A city centre based housing association requires an experienced Maintenance Officer to join their expanding team. You will be joining a well-established organisation, responsible for providing quality and consistency, enhancing the lives of their customers.

Your new role

We are looking for a confident and skilled individual to ensure that all areas of this housing association are well maintained and comply to health and safety standards. You will be the first point of contact for all maintenance enquiries and will be an integral part of the team. You will ensure that the quality of work by contractors appointed for reactive, void and service charge maintenance and service contracts is of the highest standard and complies with the Association's requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have excellent communication skills, with experienced gained in a similar position. You will also have the ability to work on your own with the flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations. You will also need to have SHQS experience and possess good analytical skills to assess various properties and equipment and detect potential safety hazards.
