A new job opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Clerk of Works to join an established maintenance team of all trades that looks after a variety of commercial and residential projects across the region.

Your new role
As Mechanical Clerk of Works, you will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical work is undertaken to the organisation's standards and specifications. Looking after residential projects including planned maintenance and heating upgrades, you will be overseeing the work of contractors and be responsible for snagging and signing off works.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will be a plumber or heating engineer to trade and you will have gained experience supervising tradespeople as well as good knowledge of the building industry. You will need a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
