Part II Architectural Assistant

I am looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join an AJ100 practice in the North West London area. This award winning practice is heavily design focused and looking for an individual with a similar passion for the design aspect of architecture. The salary for this role is up to £32,000 depending on experience.

This role is suitable for those of you with a Part II qualification and around 2 years experience working on projects. This is a strongly design focused role, therefore, having experience across RIBA stages 1-4 is preferred for the ideal candidate. Additionally, the studio's main focus is on large scale mixed-use and commercial projects, so having past experience working within these sectors is beneficial.

As the role is focused more on the design stages of the process, having exceptional design and detailing skills is essential. Strong visualisation skills are desirable for this role using Rhino and Enscape, or 3ds Max and V-Ray.

Despite the heavy focus on design, technical ability is essential, and having good knowledge of UK building regulations is preferable as well as having an element of experience in detailed drawings for construction.

This AJ100 practice is Revit using, therefore, experience in BIM or Revit is ideal for this position.

Not only does this company offer training and development opportunities, and career progression within the practice, but they also offer an abundance of benefits for their employees. Such as annual profit share scheme, company social events, and closing the office over the Christmas period.

Interviews are looking to take place over the next two weeks, with a start date of mid December to early January, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss out on, so don't hesitate to get in touch.
