Principal Architect - Birmingham - Permanent - Up to £44,000

Your new company

We currently have an oppertunity with a multi discipline organisation for a Principal Architect within their design team on a permanent basis. This role is based within Birmingham City with occasional visits to sites across the midlands.

Your new role

Within your role as a Principal Architect you will be responsible for undertaking and supporting residential, commercial, education an leisure designs, from concept to completion. As a Principal architect you will be leading and managing projects and coordination of supporting services. Finally as a Principal Architect you will be supporting in meetings with clients and stakeholders as well as working with other disciplines and consultants on projects.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role as a Principal Architect you will have clear experience of managing a small team through at least one of the above sectors. You will also have experience of working on UK based projects with a clear understanding of UK building regulations. Finally as a Principal Architect you will have experience of using both Revit and AutoCad within live Architectural projects.

What you'll get in return

In return you will be offered a permanent position with a salary of up to £44,000 depending on experience. You will also be entitled to a competitive package.
