Project Architect

Part III or Qualified Architect

Your new company

Located in London in a tight-knit office you will be working in a mid sized company working on a large project encompassing the education, science and health sector.

Your new role

You will be working as part of a team on a new University/Education project. It is right at the start of the project and the studio will be taking it through all RIBA design stages, with a traditional contractor procurement route so a great opportunity for someone to be an integral part of a major scheme with lasting impact. Essentially you will have a positive and can-do attitude, with passion for the projects to which you've been involved thus far.

What you'll need to succeed

Part III or Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA), you will ideally have excellent communication skills in all forms. We prefer you to be adept in Revit with knowledge of the BIM environment and a minimum 4-5 years PQE, preferably in a larger office. We are looking for someone who is experienced in rather complex projects, particularly in the Science sector such as lab buildings or health projects and in Universities.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available and a competitive salary.
