A busy practice in London are currently on the lookout for a Vectorworks proficient Project Architect. This is a permanent opportunity with a salary circa £45,000 pa depending on experience.

This is a great opportunity for all you all-rounder's out there! With an opportunity to work across all RIBA stages this is ideal if you're looking for a position with variety day to day. That being said initially you'll be getting involved with RIBA stages 3-4, this is only for the short to medium term. You will require some experience of job running as many of the projects you'll be coming onto require an individual who has experience with front end design but also happy to get stuck into the delivery side of things.

With the projects split down the commercial and residential sectors you should ideally have previous experience of working on both. These are ranging from small scale office and one-of properties through to medium sized apartments and office buildings in and around London. Site experience would be a huge bonus and occasionally you'll be required to attend visits and liaise with clients and contractors. As the title suggests this is for an individual who has Vectorworks experience. You won't need to be the world's best Vectorworks user as training can be provided but some exposure and interest in using Vectorworks will be needed.

With a very successful 2021 thus far the company in question are seeking multiple hires at varying levels this is a great opportunity to arrive at a senior level with the potential to manage small teams in the future. If this is the one for you then please do get in touch now. This is an urgent hire for the practice in question with interviews looking to take place in early April with the view to starting shortly afterwards.
