Monitoring the project development on ongoing basis against the plan through the project monitoring tools handbook.

Client Details

We are exclusively partnered with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to build a strategic Senior Management Team for an historical development on a UNESCO World Heritage site the size of a small country. The vision is to create a new city to develop a global tourism destination.


  • Oversee the development of master plan towards achieving project vision and ensure the adherence to the plan during the development and operation stage
  • Manage the development of individual projects to ensure delivery within the time frame required and quality
  • Supports early-stage projects in translating business and engineering requirements into standards-compliant infrastructure designs
  • Set standards and procedures governing the engineering design and development for the different types of infrastructure and asses the quality of infrastructure
  • Reviews and approves designs for infrastructure aspects of projects
  • Profile

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High degree of flexibility and organisation skills to accommodate a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and service oriented environment
  • Experience delivering very large (£1b+ GDV) mixed use developments/projects
  • Experience in contracting negotiations and procedures
  • Experience in Infrastructure, Industrial activities or other similar activities
  • Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering or similar
