Your new company
They are an established fit-out and refurbishment contractor that has completed numerous projects for blue-chip high profile clients valued up to circa £5m. Due to continued success and plenty of repeat business they are a fast growing company and as such are looking to grow their project team with an additional Project Manager.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of your project which will include duties such as:

* Logistical planning of works
* Conducting pre-start, site and progress meetings
* Ensure the project complies with all building regulations
* Client engagement

What you'll need to succeed
You should have recent experience of managing large commercial fit-out projects for a similar company or main contractor as a Project Manager or no.1 Site Manager. A current and valid SMSTS certificate and CSCS Manager's card are also essential requirements.
