Freelance Project Manager £20+ Million New Build Luxury Apartments 18 Months in the Midlands

Your new company
Our client is a commercial main contractor, with a strong pipeline of work in the Midlands area.
They have recently started a £20 Million flagship project in the Midlands - a multi story luxury apartment block.

Your new role
You will act as the site based, number 1 project manager.
You will have 2 site managers reporting to you on site.
This is an exciting PM role on a major project, reporting to a construction director.
This is an 18 month freelance role.

What you'll need to succeed
A strong main contracting background
Multi storey apartment experience is essential.
Strong organisational skills
Site programming skills
SMSTS and CSCS
