Project Manager - Fitout/Interiors - Leicestershire - £45K + car allowance
A well known interior contractor based in Leicestershire are looking for an experienced Project Manager (with full commercial responsibility - materials & costs) to join their team. This contractor work across the interior fit out market covering a variety of different projects including office fitouts including furniture, fitout and refurbishment of commercial spaces, office design and installation. They are looking to add to their management team due to an increase in workload and the expansion of the business.
The ideal candidate will already have a background in the fitout market - working on a variety of different projects across the commercial fitout sector. Experience working on projects from conception to completion would be a huge advantage as this role requires the project manager to be fully responsible for all aspects of multiple projects they are in charge of. You will be dealing with projects from £2K-£1m so experience on projects of this value is essential. You will also be involved in:
- Quantifying materials
- Negotiating and appointing subcontractors
- Managing projects financials, including variations
- Liaising with clients and customers
This role is an office based role with regular site visits as and when required.
