A Project Manager Job in Lancashire paying £60k package for a main contractor working on a fitout scheme.
Your new company
I am working alongside the MD of an established main contractor who are based within Lancashire. They work throughout the North West on new build, refurb, fit out and conversion schemes up to £20m. They work within the private and public sector delivering high quality projects and have built excellent relationships and hold a strong client base. They have an excellent staff retention rate and have a strong order book for the remaining 2020. Their MD has approached me today to recruit a Project Manager to join their business managing a fast track fit out project, starting summer 2020. This is an important role within their company and they are keen to find the right experience to fulfil this role.
Your new role
You will report to their Construction Director and take on the project management of a £15m hotel fit out project within the North West. The project is due to commence summer 2020 and you will manage the scheme from start to finish. This is one of their most prestigious projects and they are thrilled to have won this scheme therefore this is a key role within the business. You will manage the full site team and work alongside the design and commercial departments to ensure the programme and cost is on schedule. Due to the nature of fit out this is a fast track scheme.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Project Manager who has an extensive background across fit out projects, hotel experience would be preferable. You will be number 1 on site therefore strong leadership skills will be required and experience of managing large projects running to tight deadlines.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary of £60,000 (negotiable for the right experience / career background) + car package + additional benefits package. You will have full support from the Directors and as the business grows, your role will too. You will work on high end projects across the North West region and work for a stable contractor who remain positive regarding their workload in the current market.
