Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Care Home new build) £300-£350 per day
Your new company
You will be working with a family owned construction business, specialising in property and and commercial development. This company strongly believe in developing open and honest working relationships. Their heritage and long serving company is testament to the quality of build they produce.
Your new role
This is a real opportunity for a Project manager to own a build from day one through to client handover. In your post you will be the most senior decision maker on site, supported by a full team, site manager, finishing manager, design manager and quantity surveyor. Your responsibilities will be typical for running a site from conception, to a well programmed and budget managed handover of a £10 million Care home.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a proven track record of project managing commercial builds from start to finish on time and within budget.
You will also required to hold to standard professional qualifications;
- CSCS (Manager Card)
- First Aid
- Scaffold Awareness
- Temporary Works Coordinator (advantageous but not required)
