Construction Project Management Consultancy seek an experienced Project manager/employers agent.

high quality construction project management to their customers.
With the main emphasis being on the care home sector and care villages workload is busy. In this role you will be liaising personally with your own clients, and so need to have the communication skills and competency to deliver at a high level.
You will need to be experienced as a Project Manager/QS/Employers land agent and have a strong track record of delivering contract administration on JCT contracts. This is essential. You will also be competent at report writing and be confident to deliver a monthly financial report. Ideally your sector experience will be in either a similar field or "multi rooms" such as retirement living, extra care,Hotels, Student accommodation, NHS, Housing - flats and apartments.
Your education and qualification route can be from any relevant to the construction and property industry and whilst RICS would be advantageous it is not essential.
The offices are based within a commuting distance of Rugby/Cov/Leic/P,boro/Cambridge/Kettering/Milton Keynes/Northampton areas. Ideally you will live within a 45 minute commute.
