This conservation company specialises in the regeneration of historic buildings. Their work is outstanding and their client list jaw-dropping.
Work includes some of the UK’s most notable landmarks, including Grade Listed Buildings, Monuments and Memorials, World Heritage Sites, Churches and Country Estates.

They have grown from a modest sub-contractor to now having multiple specialist divisions and operating mostly as a main contractor. 90% of their 2025 workload is already secured.

There is an immediate requirement for a Project Manager to work on a c£4m package of works on a major redevelopment project. The works comprise facades, windows, masonry and external decorations to a listed building,  Generally, their Project Managers would have a degree (or relevant qualification) and be competent on the IT side, have good technical knowledge as well as having a solid understanding of commercials (would get involved with some pricing and Variation Orders etc.).

This role would some with a stable work history, who is flexible and adaptable, wants a stable and solid employer and who has a passion for historic buildings and conservation work.
