Project Manager Job - Social Housing

You will be working for a large housing association based in South Manchester.
Your new role
Reporting directly into the Development Manager, your role as project manager will be to lead and manage the projects team, taking ownership for the full delivery. You will engage in the new business and planning stages so knowledge and experience of this area is essential. You will be responsible for the cash flow forecasting with contractors and negotiate and agree contractual arrangements. You will oversee and manage the health and safety on site and ensure compliant handovers of all projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will of had experience in a similar role ideally for another housing association or affordable housing contractor. You will have good knowledge of the planning and commercial elements to project management and also be operational and able oversee the job on site. You will be a strong negotiator with good people skills and any relevant qualifications related to the position would be advantageous.
