Project Surveyor

Are you an experienced Building Surveyor, seeking your next job within the Social Housing Sector?

My client has multiple opportunities within their Projects Teams for Surveyors seeking either a permanent or interim opportunity.

The successful applicants will work as part of a diverse team specifically within the Bristol Area.


Job 1 - Manage the installation of kitchens end to end from surveying the requirements to liaison with customers, managing the contractor, quality of work and budgets

Job 2 - Work as part of the major works team on high rise buildings completing external maintenance works including EWI and Window Replacement

Job 3 - Completion of major void works based on the cost of repairs in addition to managing domestic extensions and loft conversions

Job 4 - Work as part of the Asset Management Team carrying out inspections and managing works to ensure compliance with Decent Homes and legalities.


The ideal applicants with be qualified to a minimum of HNC/HND level or have significant experience surveying projects works, ideally within the Social Housing Sector.
