A long term freelance position has become available for a Property Compliance Manager based in Somerset
Your new company
As a Property Compliance Manager you will be joining large estate based in the Somerset and South West region who are responsible for managing a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties, a diverse estate of building used for various purposes.
Your new role
As a professional freelance you'll be working in a key property compliance management position which will involve using your expertise across asbestos, fire risk assessments, gas and Legionella. Your role will involve developing a property compliance monitoring regime, updating compliance databases, inspecting and auditing maintenance programmes and development of property compliance policies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role you'll need to be able to demonstrate a background in managing property compliance at a senior level, ideally for a varied property portfolio including both residential and commercial properties.
What you'll get in return
In return you'll receive a competitive daily rate in line with your previous experience and core skill-set. You'll start a contract with commitment for an initial three months, although this is highly likely to extend further to six.
