Property / Facilities Operations Manager
My client is an established property company.
They are now seeking an OPERATIONS MANAGER who must come from a FACILITIES MANAGEMENT or BUILDING MANAGEMENT background to run a small team managing properties in central London plus further properties in Cardiff and Leicester.
The main focus of this role will be to phase in the property management of their Mayfair properties as well as the other UK properties.
You will manage, motivate and train a small team reporting to the directors.
My client has properties in the UK, EU and further afield. They are an established property company who acquire and manage real estate assets for income generation and capital growth.
My client seeks an Operations Manager to join the team in central London.
You will need experience of working as a Facilities Manager or Building Manager.
You will need excellent communication skills to respond to and resolvie any complaints within a minimal timescale.
You will need experience of making sure buildings are legally and statutory compliant.
You will be able to identify works to be management and ensure that a principal contractor is appointed.
You will ensure that regular Risk Assessments are done.
You will conduct monthly one to one meetings with direct reports and complete performance management and reviews.
You deal with occupier queries for all FM services.
You will produce and manage service charge budgets and variance reports.
You will manage contractor day to day acitivies on site.
Experience of all of the above is required for a UK based company.
Salary is in the region of £65000 to £70000 per annum plus pension and bonus etc.
