Purchase Ledger Clerk

Your new company
Based in Stirling, our client is recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a temporary contract basis. The role is initially for 4 months but there is the likelihood of extension for the right candidate. The hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 3pm. The organisation is accessible by public transport and there is also on-site parking.

Your new role
You will report into the Finance Manager and undertake a range of finance support tasks. Your duties will include but are not limited to; high volume invoice processing, matching, batching and coding invoices, handling queries, reconciliations and general associated finance administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have proven experience in purchase ledger tasks. Ideally you will have worked in a high volume and fast paced environment. You will be a team player who is happy to support the finance manager in a different range of finance administration duties.
