Quantity Surveyor
The Office of Public Works (OPW) is a key service provider to the Government and is responsible for managing a significant proportion of the approximately 1,800 State owned and leased properties. It also supports and contributes to the government’s National Development Plan by delivering projects including new offices, public buildings and infrastructure.
OPW are now seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyors for its Quantity Surveying Services Section.
Quantity Surveyors Grade I will provide full quantity surveying services on a portfolio of new-build, refurbishment and conservation projects. They will also advise OPW’s multi-disciplinary teams on larger projects and will take the lead on providing cost-planning, carbon measurement, feasibility studies and options appraisals services on a portfolio of projects.
The closing date for receipt of completed applications is 3pm on Thursday, 12th November 2026.
We are committed to a policy of equal opportunity and encourage applications under all nine grounds of the Employment Equality Acts.
