You will be working for a major housing association for Greater Manchester

Your new role

You will be joining the repairs scheduling team where your main focus will be the delivery of excellent customer responsive repairs service. You will be liaising with repairs colleagues daily to deal with and rectify queries and issues. You will be responsible for undertaking the daily diary schedule for numerous operatives throughout the week.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have previous experience repairs planning. experience within a housing association is also preferred. Experience using Opti time and QL systems is extremely desired.
