Your new company
Your new company is a well established estate agent based in Stockport. Founded over three decades ago, there are many departments within the organisation, offering a full and thorough service of property management/sales and lettings. Based in South Manchester, you will be based in a leafy town, surrounded by local amenities and less than five minute walk from the train station - you will be spoilt for choice for lunch and travel!
Your new role
Your new role will be a Property Manager for an exciting residential portfolio based across the Manchester area. Hours are; Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm with an early finish on Fridays, every 3rd Saturday will be 9am-3pm.
No day will be the same in this role as your responsibilities are varied;
- Day to day management or a portfolio
- Tenant and landlord liaison
- Handling any tenant issues/enquires
- Tracking and managing rent collections and arrears
- Property inspections
- Ensure compliance is at 100% - EPC, Electrical safety etc
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed within this position, you will have at least 2 years experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager. You will be well versed in dealing with landlord and tenant and move-ins. Having service charge experience is a definite plus to put you ahead with this position!
What you'll get in return
In return for your hard work and expertise, you will be generously rewarded. With a salary ranging from £22000 up to £25000 for the most experience. You will also benefit from a great atmosphere and a firm support system.
