This well-established, specialist design and build company in Bristol have an excellent reputation for delivering quality projects for a large portfolio of clients from design and consultation through to completion. They have a strong, dynamic team who are mostly long serving with the company and a real ethos of team working and treating people in the right way. Due to ambitious growth plans they are looking to bring in a Sales / Business Development Manager.
Your new role
Reporting to the company Directors you will drive the sales process and strategy by identifying and securing design and build opportunities within the specialist market they operate within. You will liaise with internal teams throughout the process to ensure the customer journey is second to none. You will also take ownership of developing existing clients and increasing the opportunities within that client portfolio.
What you need to succeed
You will be a naturally customer focused individual with a sound knowledge of design and build construction projects ideally within the local area. You will be a clear and concise communicator with experience in pitching ideas and solutions to potential clients. You will be a positive, driving force within the team and be able to work well with the existing team to manage client expectations and project delivery to the required standards.
