Senior Architect

Senior Architects!

This new role is as an opportunity to join an ambitious team of three in East London, ran by two extremely talented Directors with an interesting story to tell.

The salary for this position is £50,000. This practice are more concerned about securing someone with a real passion for conservation, experience running high end residential schemes and a strong technical ability.

This studio are extremely successful at winning super high end residential projects, often in sensitive or protected areas. You must therefore have previous experience working on listed buildings, conservation or protected landscapes.

The day to day of this role will be overseeing high end residential projects ranging from 5-20 million in construction value around the Kensington and Westminster areas. You must be confident in running projects independently from stage 3 onwards. A strong technical understanding of such schemes is vital. There is real free reign here and the right individual will find the freedom exciting rather than daunting. You will also have the support of an architectural technologist day to day.

Flexible working is important to this practice, who enjoy having their Mondays and Fridays at home, however if your preference was to be in the office five days a week that would be no problem at all.

You'll ideally have experience with Vectorworks and potentially Revit. Neither is compulsory. What is key is a passion for seeing projects through to site and making beautiful design a reality.

Interviews will likely be taking place in the next fortnight, so get in touch should this position be of interest.
