Senior Architect & Architectural Technician/Technologist

An award-winning central Manchester practice, who have been leading the way within the field for over 100 years, are looking for a Senior Architect/Revit Architectural Technician/Technologist to join their friendly team. You will be working on a mix of schemes such as manufacturing, higher education, mixed use, lab, commercial and more.

What do you need?
- ideally 5+ years experience
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- experience working on multi-million pound schemes
- excellent technical abilities
- Revit is essential 
- knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- current possesses the right to work in the UK

Salary is dependent on your experience to date, but a generous range from £38,000-45,000 plus great benefits package. They offer 23 days + bank holidays, life insurance, flexible working arrangements and more. This could really suit anyone who is looking to move out of London and doesn't want to take a huge pay cut.
