Senior Architectural Technician

URGENT! I'm currently on the search for a Senior Architectural Technician to work for an established medium-sized practice in Essex. This is a permanent position with a salary up to £40,000 pa depending on experience. 

This is an ideal role for someone with at least 5 years industry experience. You should have experience with leading on small projects as a significant level of responsibility on projects will be offered from early on. It's a planning and technical position, of course your technical prowess with trump all else but it would be ideal to have some experience of putting together planning applications. Day to day you'll be putting together technical detailing packages, tender packages, GA's, sections and elevations and you'll need to be able to demonstrate this to be considered.

AutoCAD is the main software in use and you should be able to use this independently from day 1. You'll be working purely within the residential sector ranging from small one-off properties through to large scale developments and you should have a portfolio to illustrate such work. You should have sound knowledge of UK building regulations. 

If you've got the ability to work well in a team and independently this could be an ideal role.
