A lively and creative Architectural Practice in Derbyshire require a Senior Architectural Technician to join their ambitious team.

Your new role
As an Senior Architectural Technician you will be responsible for scheme development throughout all the RIBA stages, production of technical drawings using Revit and AutoCAD, Revit model production, work to strict deadlines, liaise with authorities and stakeholders and lead the design process.
Projects could include educational, commercial and community projects.

What you'll need to succeed
As an Senior Architectural Technician you will have proficiency with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, knowledge of UK building regulations, experience of project delivery across all RIBA stages, HNC/HND in Architectural Technology or equivalent and excellent communication skills.
Full driving licence and own car is essential also.
