Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist

This nationwide architectural practice are looking to add a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to their friendly team in Manchester. They are producing award-winning schemes across Residential, Healthcare, Education, and Industrial schemes.  

Due to ongoing growth, they have an opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technician/Technologist to join them on a permanent basis. You will have min 5 - 10 years experience and preferably experience working on large scale schemes. You will need strong technical abilities and be a good problem solver. Software of choice is Revit, and to be successful in securing this role you will already be using this in practice.

Key points:

• Minimum 5 - 10 years
• Strong Revit skills (essential)
• Job Running experience
• Good problem solver and communicator
• Strong technical abilities
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations
• Current possesses the right to work in the UK

The salary on offer is circa £39,000 - £43,000 based on experience + 22 days holiday and flexible working arrangements. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is looking to relocate from London or somewhere else.
