Senior Estates Manager - Client Side

Client - Side Senior Estates Manager up to £48,000 + Package

My client is a South Yorkshire based organisation who are looking for a Senior Estates Manager to join their expanding team. It will be your role to act as lead on Estate Management matters including;

  • Managing a team of property professionals
  • Estate management including tenant liaison, dilapidation's, licences, variations & waivers, repairs, boundary disputes, wayleaves, easements, change of use.
  • Lease renewals, Rent reviews & Service Charge Management.
  • Negotiating on purchases
  • Leasing & lettings
  • Rural estate management
  • Undertaking valuations

You will ideally have 5 years' experience in estates management & landlord & tenant matters and will be a MRICS Professional with VRS Status however this is not essential as can be obtained with the business. You will be working in a client-side property focused job, with a supportive team, and a real chance to broaden the scope of the role itself, and your position in the organisation.

You will work with specialists in their field, and deal with the full range of management duties, so no day is ever the same. The role will see you take full responsibility for aspects of the portfolio, and the accountability that brings can offer a great platform for progression.
