Senior Estimator

Reporting to the Area Pre-Construction Director for our North West Region we are looking for a committed Senior Estimator who will bring energy, new ideas and a fresh perspective to a well-established, experienced Estimating Team within an industry leading construction business. The role is a fantastic career opportunity for any individual with a passion for the built environment and capable of bringing fresh thinking to the business to align with our philosophy of delivering Intelligent Solutions.

• You will need to be able to provide or obtain the right to work in the UK.
• You will need to be able to drive and provide or obtain a full UK Driving Licence to travel across our projects.
• Are you an experienced Senior Estimator or Estimator and looking for that step up in your career? 
• You will have a HNC standard qualification as a minimum.
• Be able to demonstrate ability to take-off quantities and be proficient in using Conquest estimating software, creating Excel reports and have cost planning knowledge and experience.
• Support the bid team to achieve deadlines and obtain the most competitive quotes by understanding current market trends.
• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and cost plans.
• Utilise, interpret and represent benchmark data and assess tender documentation, requirements and report findings to team.
• Effectively communicate bid strategy and solutions to construction team.
