Senior Quantity Surveyor

Your new company
Your new company specialise in high end builds, both residential and care homes. The company work throughout the UK with their base being in South Wales. With a continued strong pipeline of work the company are looking to add an experienced quantity surveyor to their team.

Your new role
Your role will be to look after one of their up and coming projects, likely a care home. The project range in value from 10 - 25 million with some projects requiring a 'stay over' once or twice a week.
You will be in charge of the surveying or said site, reporting directly into the commercial manager.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have a proven track record of working with the construction industry as a surveyor. The company are open to experience and background although a trend of delivered projects of similar size is desirable.
