Senior Quantity Surveyor - PERU
THE ROLE
I am seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor who will ideally have some experience of education and / or healthcare projects to join a firm of British consultants working in PERU.
You will need to have worked for a British firm of PQS and have experience of all pre and post conract work, overall cost management and a good knowledge of contracts using NEC3 and NEC4 ideally.

My client is a large British firm of PQS who have offices across the UK and worldwide.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and you will ideally be MRICS qualified.
You should be working for another firm of construction consultants / PQS or have previously worked for a firm of PQS.
You will need to have a minimum of 6 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager.
You will need to have worked using NEC3 and any experience of NEC4 useful.
You will need to have a broad spectrum of Contract Management for large programmes of work.
Experience of input into Change Control.
Experience of preparation of cost models, Cost Plans and Trackers.
Experience of Preparation, validation and agreement of interim and final accounts.
Experience of monthly reports and completion of savings report for internal records.
Attendance at commercial and contracts meetings.
Be able to comply with the Quality Management Systems and processes.
You will need to have worked in the United Kingdom for a firm of PQS even if you are not currently in the UK or from the UK.
This role will be for at least 18 to 24 months but could be for longer.
Please note that Spanish is NOT required but good written and spoken English is essential.
Salary in the range of £80000 to £90000 plus good accommodation allowance, flight allowance, internal travel allowance, top grade medical insurance.
