Your new company
Working with a well known and well established contractor in the South West who are about to embark on another 'flag ship' project within the area. The project is flagship as it is due to be one of their biggest developments within the area. The company have won multi awards in both the residential and commercial construction projects.

Your new role
Your new role will be to lead the site as senior site manager, the project is split into a variety of faces which after a few months will be running alongside each other. Your role will be to over see those phases from start to completion. The project is pure social housing.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have a strong background within social housing and be able to look after 100+ plots at peak. Which must be through the CV and referenced several times.
