Your new role
Your new role will be to help deliver one of Bristols most prestigious projects in recent times. The project is high-end, high-rise, residential build Which will be in the heart of Bristol. The project are looking to add a senior site manager to over see a large portion of the build to the end of the project.
The role will be to over see multiple site managers, again looking after different sections of the build

What you'll need to succeed
You MUST have a track record in taking projects from start to finish within high rise residential world. The project is in the heart of Bristol, so experience working within the busy environment you will encompass is a must. New build & refurbishment experience also desired.
SMSTS, CSCS + First aid and the commitment of an 18 month project.
