Your new role

This is a friendly and inclusive team that operates well as a unit and will offer support and assistance as required to help you develop your career and expertise, as well as allowing you to work autonomously.The primary focus of this role will see you conducting rent reviews and lease renewals for both landlords and tenants. You will conduct rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears on retail and restaurant premises as well as exposure to office and industrial work across the Midlands regions

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an MRICS qualified Surveyor or be close to qualifying, with a track record within lease consultancy. You will be a highly driven individual with the desire to achieve results for yourself and for a team target.
