Senior Technician/Technologist (6 months contract)

An amazing  opportunity has just become available for a Senior Architectural Technician based in East Nottinghamshire for a long-term contract, up to +20ph LTD depending on experience. This is a well-established practice who are recognised for their work and you will have a great chance to make a big impact to the team by putting your acquired expertise into practice. Work is primarily done fore the industrial sector If you have all the following, this will be a perfect opportunity for you. This is at least another 18 months contract

Abut you:

• Maximum 40 minute commute to Newark 
• Good (or better) working knowledge of AutoCAD and / or Revit.
• Good quality of work evident in portfolio.
• Experience of works within all Stages of the RIBA plan of work.
• Good (or better) working knowledge of Revit.
• Beyond AutoCAD and Revit, a good working knowledge of: Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup and / or Enscape.
• Job running experience.
• Experience within the Industrial Sector.
• Experience of Design & Build contracts.
