Your new company
Your new company is a Peterborough based reputable main contractor who have established a history of producing quality craftsmanship within the projects they deliver and are well respected in the area.

Your new role
They are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager due to an increase in workload. You will be based on a new project based in Peterborough. Due to the nature of the project they are looking for a Site Manager from a trade background that would be able to use their trade when required.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience within main contracting, with specific experience in general building projects.
• A relevant qualification route, ideally degree, NVQ or HND qualified. Trade background is also required.
• Ability to prioritise, manage and organise workload across a range of directly employed and sub contractor trades, maintaining a full awareness of the demands of a scheme that focus on delivering a high quality product.
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualified
• Full awareness of the build process, ensuring all defects and snagging issues are kept to an absolute minimum and that quality is not compromised.
