You'll be working for large house builder working on site in York

Your new role

As site manager you will be no.1 on site reporting to a visiting Contracts manager, You will be responsible for all site based activity from sub contract management, Health & safety enforcement to short term programming and weekly site based progress meetings.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced site manager and comfortable working on a standalone basis with office based commercial support. You will comfortable taking the site from groundwork's through to handover and dealing with all of the day to day issues on site. You will hold Valid 1st Aid, CSCS & SMSTS qualifications.
