Site Manager

Site Manager required for a TWO YEAR contract in Swansea installing steps, paths and fences. End of Jan start.

Your new company
The company you will be working for is a maintenance contractor that carries out external works on social housing properties. The company has sites across South Wales and are looking to take on more projects in 2020.

Your new role
In this role you will be required to liaise with both contractor and end user to make sure work is done to the standard that both parties require. The work you will be overseeing is the construction of steps & garden paths, the installation of fences, retaining walls and driveways. You will be overseeing around twenty tradesman including labourers, groundworkers, groundsman and bricklayers.

What you'll need to succeed
The candidate will need to have prior experience of working on similar projects, on social housing contracts you need to be able to liaise with tenants well so good communication skills is a must. The role is more civils so candidates who have experience with groundworks would be preferable. Candidates should hold SMSTS and First aid quals.
