Site Manager - New Build Social Housing

Your new company
A leading developer and contractor who are an established presence in the North Wales market are looking for a Site Manager to deliver a scheme of new build timber frame units on behalf of a local Housing Association. This business have excellent levels of staff retention and proven financial security. They have a huge pipeline of work coming through across North Wales, and are looking for local Site Managers, and in particular those fluent in Welsh.

Your new role
You will deliver a site on new build timber frame units from site set up to hand over with the client, a local Housing Association. You will liaise with the client, and oversee the deliver of the scheme, on time and to budget. You will ensure highest levels of H&S on site, whilst overseeing quality of build is maintained.

What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced Site Manager, and it's essential you have new build housing experience. Experience working with Housing Associations and local authorities is ideal.
