Site manager - internals and customer care across a flagship residential scheme - S. London. £to 50k + pack

Your new company
An Established Housebuilder with Multiple larger residential schemes on site across the greater and South East region now seek an experienced Site manager to join the team on a flagship residential scheme in South London. With the ongoing site now at handover stage on certain sections a requirement has arisen for a site manager with a customer care background to assist customers with the moving in process. The project is a 300 unit plus scheme with phased handovers for the coming 18 months.

Your new role
As site manager you will be one of several internals managers taking units from 1st fix through to cml handover, You will also be involved in the customer care/handover process, liaising with customers, attending to any defects, responding to customer enquiries and generally ensuring a smooth moving in period.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a site management background with a strong residential bias, you will have worked as a finishing manager, internals manager or alike and understand the cml handover & customer care processes and have experience of both. You will be customer facing and therefore need strong communication skills, 1st Aid, cscs, SMSTS required.
