Site Manager Job - New Build Housing

Your new company
You will be working for a well established new build housing contractor based in Cheshire who are looking to add to their team due to continued growth

Your new role
You will overseeing a traditional build housing development in Cheshire. Ensuring the work is completed to a high standard and on schedule.

What you'll need to succeed
You will of had a minimum of 5 years experience as either an Assistant or Site manager within the housing sector. You will hold SMSTS, First aid and a CSCS as a minimum. You will be able to provide check-able reference.
