There is an immediate requirement for a Site Manager (to report in to a No1 Senior Site Manager / Project Manager) to work on a c£4m package of works on a major redevelopment project. The works comprise facades, windows, masonry and external decorations to a listed building, Generally, the Site Manager would ideally come from a masonry background, and would be the eyes & ears on site managing the day to day works.
This role would some with a stable work history, who is flexible and adaptable, wants a stable and solid employer and who has a passion for historic buildings and conservation work.
This company specialises in the regeneration of historic buildings. Their work is outstanding and their client list jaw-dropping. Work includes some of the UK’s most notable landmarks, including Grade Listed Buildings, Monuments and Memorials, World Heritage Sites, Churches and Country Estates.
They have grown from a modest sub-contractor to now having multiple specialist divisions and operating mostly as a main contractor. 90% of their 2025 workload is already secured.
