Permanent Site Manager vacancy, Shopfitting, Nottinghamshire based company UK wide projects £40k - £45k
Your new company
You will be working for an East Midlands based Shopfitting contractor that have projects across the UK. Despite the current Covid-19 crisis the organisation have secured live projects and are looking to bolster their Site Management staff.
Your new role
You will be reporting into a roaming Contracts Manager and Director but you will be responsible for the Site Management of the project. You will need to ensure that health and safety requirements are met including new COVID-19 regulations. You will be conducting the Site Inductions and Toolbox talks. The role will require you to ensure that trades on site are co-ordinated and the projects follow the programme which can be a strict deadline.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a strong joinery / build background and extensive Shopfitting experience. The role will require UK wide travel and lodge and as such a Driving License is essential. You will also hold relevant industry qualifications such as NVQ, SMSTS, Health and Safety Certificates, CSCS
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £40,000 - £45,000 plus package.
