This role will primarily lead on surveying repairs needed, management of contractors, service delivery and assurance of quality of work completed, for our responsive repairs and void works orders. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced person who will ensure works are customer focussed and take responsibility to ensure our properties remain to a safe and high standard.

You will be:
- Pro-active and organised, with proven experience of contract management,
- Good with customers and able to deliver messages with tact and diplomacy,
- A great team player with good written and verbal communication skills
