Stock Condition Surveyor job on a 9 month plus temporary contract

Your new company
You will be working for a large public sector organisation who are based in the Essex region and will join their well established property services team. You will look after the council's housing stock. You will be supporting their planned maintenance programme and will be working on a 9 month plus temporary assignment.

Your new role
As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will carry out surveys on the council's housing stock ensuring that all housing stock is up to decent home standards. You will report repairs on a reactive basis and provide excellent communication to customers in relation to their homes. You will record the accurate information on the device provided for the planned maintenance programme.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need experience of surveying and within a social housing environment. It is essential that you have experience of carrying out recent stock condition surveys.
