Surveyor (Planned Works) - Somerset
Interim opportunity for a surveyor with experience in the delivery of planned works
Your new company
As a Surveyor you will have an opportunity to join a forward thinking and progressive provider of housing and sheltered living based in the South West of the UK. Your new company are responsible for the management and maintenance of over 5000 properties.
Your new role
In your new role as a Surveyor you will be tasked with progressing a wide range of planned works across the housing stock, these range from lift replacement works through to a variety of decent homes projects. You will be liaising with contractors, progressing specifications and schedules of works and ensuring that all works are completed to the required standard, within budget, and to the technical specification.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new interim role you will need to have prior experience in the delivery of projects, specifically within a social housing setting. You'll ideally have experience in project managing replacement lift systems alongside kitchens, bathrooms, widows and roofing.

In return you will initially receive a competitive hourly rate of pay which is available to you outside scope of IR35. You will also have an opportunity to apply for a wide range of permanent or fixed term positions should you desire in the future.
